I really do not have a question; it is more of a statement. When trying to decide where to park at DFW airport, we came across The Parking Spot and The Parking Spot 2. I called The Parking Spot 2 and they told me it would be $8.00/day to park.

Parking at DFW Airport is limited to 90 days. All vehicles parked longer than 90 days will be towed off-airport. For questions regarding your DFW Airport parking experience, please contact Parking Guest.

So I was expecting $8.00/day for uncovered parking. When we arrived at The Parking Spot 2 at 3:30 AM in the morning, we did not think to check the prices since I had called. Well that was a mistake because it is actually $10.50/day for uncovered parking. The $8.00/day was for a business which the guy on the phone said NOTHING about when I called. We did not realized that it cost $10.50/day until we went to leave. Not only was the price per day higher, but we were also charged 2 separate taxes and a shuttle fee. Again, when I called the guy I talked to did not say anything about taxes or shuttle fees.

For 10 days of uncovered parking at The Parking Spot 2, it ended up costing us $134.00. When we tried to tell the person checking us out that we were told $8.00/day, the said that was for a business and their prices are clearly posted on the booth. Which they are; we just were not looking at 3:30 am.When calling to check on prices for parking, just make sure you ask about what all taxes and fees there are. We will not be using The Parking Spot 2 again because it ends up being more expensive than the airport parking. Hello, I am not defending the PS2 giving you inaccurate information. Obviously, when quoting prices they should NOT be giving you special rates that do not apply to the general population.Their website clearly states their rates:covered parking$12.95 per dayopen-air parking$10.95 per dayPlus 8.25% state sales tax and 10% Airport Access FeeThere is also a coupon available on the website for 20% off with a Saturday night stay and 10% off without a Saturday night.I will report your posting to the manager, as I park there all the time and recommend them.I would also suggest you call the manager and report this.

They have always made good any problems I have had in the past.remote parking is $8 per day and is non-covered. I'd never park there, or anywhere else, that is non-covered, but obviously lots of people make that choice.Terminal parking is $19 a day, $18 with a tolltag.Another item, if you park often enough to care, is that with the off-site parking you accrue points for free parking, which you do not get from on-site DFW parking. I did not look at The Parking Spot website because we did not know about them until we were already in. We drove by one of their lots and it said on their sign that flashes different information that it was $8.00/day parking. We thought that $8.00/day was a great deal, so we just called to verify that the sign was correct. We had never used parking like that before so we didn't know what questions to ask over the phone. In hindsight, we should have went to their website and looked into it a little more. However, we were already on vacation and thought that a simple phone call would take care of it.The Parking Spot - I will send an email using the link that you provided above.

When we went to pay, the person working the booth did call the manager and the manager said that it was $8.00/day for business only. The person working the booth said she could have a manager come up there, but after traveling in airports for over 24 hours and we still had a 4.5 hour drive home, we were too tired to deal with it. Also, I did end up calling The Parking Spot 2 at least 2 different times if not 3 times before we used them because I also wanted to make sure that if we got there at 3:30 am someone would be there to pick us up. Formula one 05 review. Every time I called I got the same answer on the phone; it was $8.00/day parking.Thank you both for you time.

Shadow fight 2 online. MMO fans won't be dissapointed either when they look at our list of MMO games. The best bet for those, who would love to play more challenging and brainteasing games, will be our logic games category including several math games online.

I appreciate it. As of August 2012, I would not recommend parking at the Parking Spot 2. This probably includes the other Parking Spot locations. Since they acquired Fast Trak service has just got worse and worse. The last few times I parked there, wait times for pickup has been longer and longer. Last night it was just over an hour from the time we got off the until we were at our vehicle. Everyone on bus (picked up from Terminals B and C) was not happy and had been waiting 30 minutes or more.

To make matters worse, they would not answer phone. And when I paid they charged $15.50 a day. I can park at terminal for just a touch over that and not have to deal with the frustration.

Just thought folks would want to know. I'll alert the Parking Spot manager to these last comments.I park at PS2 about once or twice a week and have never waited at a terminal for more than 20 minutes other than one time about three years ago due to a fluke weather issue that caused thousands of people to be stranded and there were not enough drivers/buses running for any parking service. The normal wait time that I have experienced is about ten minutes.I've never experienced them not answering the phones. Not saying it didn't happen, just that as a frequent traveler these are not things I've experienced.
